I had vein treatment before and was very unhappy. Most of the results were good but the whole way it was handled was not. So wanting some more treatment I was very nervous to try again with someone new. I happened to see Catharine McGuinness' advert and decided there was no harm in having a consultation. She made it sound very simple and straightforward (which it was). However it sounded too simple as the practice I had been to before was anything but straight forward. Throughout the early sessions I kept quizzing her and asking questions. I even emailed asking questions. Each time Catharine just replied explaining and giving me assurance. I didn't feel I could wear a dress with the veins the way they were before. My legs are not perfect yet and I would need more treatment but I can honestly say I now do not worry about the look as overall they are hugely better. I am very happy with the outcome. I would not hesitate recommending Catharine.

From the moment I met Miss McGuiness I felt totally relaxed and confident in her. She assured me as I had a very bad experience years ago and had lost confidence. I am now 2 days post treatment, I received a call from Miss McGuiness as a follow up on day 1. She checked that I was okay and advised me that the operation had gone well and if I had any concerns she left me her details so that I could contact her direct. I am more than satisfied with the treatment and care I have received.

Cathy and the team of nurses have worked wonders on my legs. Before Cathy got to work on them they looked ugly with bulging veins and I was in lots of pain. Cathy understood and could see my needs strait away. I found Cathy to be a very friendly person making me feel at ease and relaxed even to the extent that we would be laughing at times. I have no pain in my legs for the first time in many years and they are now looking really good. I can now show them off wearing short skirts and shorts without having to worry if people are staring at me. When it came down to appointments Cathy was very flexible working around my availability making my experience a personal one. The care that I was given could not be faulted and I can not think of any way that it could have been improved, All in all a first class service.
